Mutatawwi'a are religious soldiers who inspired by their faith have volunteered to fight. Untrained, reckless and fanatical, these soldiers are poorly equipped with hand weapons such as cudgels. These wild warriors are more of a mob rather than a disciplined company, eager to get into hand to hand with their enemy no matter the odds.
