Mercenaries wearing light armour and equipped with maces, useful for armies lacking medium infantry companies.
Composed of commoners, these men prefer to fight on foot. Protected in their mailed armour, and armed with maces, they are a tough fighters, whether on the offence or defence. Although quite effective, they nevertheless don't quite have the elan of true knights.
