These elite soldiers are the Shah's own bodyguard, equipped with the best armour and weapons available.
The Royal Guard are the Shah's own elite soldiers. Given the best equipment, the Royal Guard is fiercely loyal and are the only soldiers allowed to carry weapons at all times. Besides ceremonial duties these hardened warriors are charged with protecting the Shah, as well as often taking on the most important missions or tasks within the Shah's army.
